After completing this chapter, the student will have the knowledge and practical skills to perform a complete pedicure, to identify the tools required and demonstrate safe and correct handling. They will be able to exhibit proper setup of a table, identify the different nail shapes while incorporating sanitation and disinfection requirements.

  • Diabetic & elderly foot care
  • Pedicuring steps
  • Working with nail drills
  • Product knowledge and proper use of tools
  • How to perform a pedicure, including step by step, paraffin wax treatment, massage, and pre & post service procedures and much more
